In partnering with our clients to understand their organization and needs we create a unique approach of identifying, interviewing and presenting the top qualified candidates. Our customized billing is based on how well we do in reaching search milestones rather than the standard calendar billing and our final fee is not billed until the candidate starts. We will re-institute for free within 6 months for any of our recruits who leave for any reason within the first 6 months.

Talent Acquisition Consulting
We offer part-time TA consulting for various clients in early stages of staff development with a goal of keeping cost per hire under at or under a manageable $3000 to $4000.
